Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 15, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Finance Mastery LLC ("Finance Mastery," "we," "us," "our"). They apply when you access mastery.finance or s.mastery.finance, complete our funding assessment, book an appointment, or communicate with us through the Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. What Finance Mastery is — and is not
Finance Mastery is a business funding strategy and consulting company. We evaluate the credit and business profile you provide, identify which capital routes that profile may support, and help you sequence and execute applications to third-party financial institutions.
Finance Mastery is not a bank, lender, credit issuer, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or credit reporting agency. We do not provide credit repair services. We do not lend money, extend credit, or issue credit products. Nothing on the Services is an offer or commitment to lend.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the Services for business purposes on behalf of a business you own or are authorised to represent. The Services are directed to business owners in the United States.
4. The funding assessment
The funding assessment is an informational tool. By using it, you agree that:
- It is preliminary. The result is an internal indication of how your submission appears to us on the facts you supplied. It is not a decision, an offer, a pre-approval, a pre-qualification, or a commitment of any kind.
- It is not a lender credit decision. Finance Mastery reviews your profile and relevant underwriting factors, but does not make lender credit decisions. Only a bank, issuer or other financial institution can approve or decline an application, and it will do so under its own underwriting criteria.
- Funding is not guaranteed. Whether you obtain capital, and on what amount, rate, fee and term, depends on third-party underwriting, your profile at the time of application, and market and issuer conditions. We do not guarantee approval, an amount, a rate, a timeframe, or any particular outcome.
- Accuracy is your responsibility. The assessment relies entirely on the information you enter. Incomplete or inaccurate information produces an unreliable result. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Completing it creates no obligation on either side. It does not obligate you to purchase anything, and it does not obligate us to offer you services.
- Submitting the assessment does not involve a hard inquiry on your consumer credit report.
5. Appointments
If your submission indicates a strategy conversation is appropriate, you may book an appointment. Appointment times are held for you and our availability is limited, so please cancel or reschedule using the link in your confirmation if you cannot attend. We may send you appointment confirmations and reminders as described in §9. We may decline, cancel or reschedule an appointment at our discretion, including where the information submitted does not support a productive conversation.
6. Services, fees and the client agreement
These Terms do not create a client relationship and do not entitle you to any service. If, after a strategy conversation, both parties wish to proceed, the scope of work, responsibilities, fees, payment terms, refund terms and any performance commitments will be set out in a separate written client agreement. That client agreement governs the engagement and controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. No fee is payable for completing the assessment or attending an initial strategy conversation.
7. No professional advice
Public website content is general business information. Finance Mastery may discuss business funding routes, lenders, products and application sequencing based on the profile you provide. This guidance is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice and does not replace advice from your own qualified advisers. You decide whether to apply for or enter into a financial product. Borrowing money involves cost and risk, including the risk that promotional rates expire and balances then accrue interest at the issuer's standard rate.
8. Third-party institutions
Any capital you obtain comes from third-party financial institutions under their own applications, agreements, disclosures, rates, fees and terms. Finance Mastery is not a party to those agreements, does not control those institutions, and is not responsible for their decisions, products, servicing, or conduct. You are responsible for reading and complying with any agreement you enter into with them, and for repaying any credit you take.
9. Electronic communications and consent
By providing your contact details you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular funding outcome will be achieved.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance Mastery and its owners, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to the Services, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these website and pre-engagement Terms will not exceed $1,000. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not override the separate written client agreement governing a paid engagement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finance Mastery from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or information you submitted that was inaccurate or that you were not authorised to provide.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, subject to any mandatory protections of applicable law. These website Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance. Where a change is material we will provide additional notice.
18. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, your client agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Finance Mastery regarding the Services.
